A separate 1,200 square foot state-of-the-art air conditioned aerobic room is filled with music controlled lighting, 2,000 watt sound system and an elevated instructor platform so that no matter where you are in the room, you can see the moves and get your groove on! Interested in Zumba®? No problem! Ever take a RAMP aerobic class? Awesome cardio and great for hips and thighs. If you’re looking for more low key stretch and calmness - we’ve got Yoga too.

Chiseled has a 4,500 square foot weight lifting area filled with Cybex, Hammer Strength, Icarian, Body Masters, Ivanko, York,
Werksan and Eleiko equipment. We have multiple dumbell sets to 160 lbs., over 18,500 lbs. of free weight and 5 dedicated platforms for squat, deadlift, snatch and clean/jerk.
Chiseled is also Central Jersey’s one and only Power and Olympic fitness facility.
