Cindy Furman
Cindy is a professional dancer and certified Zumba® Instructor.

A member of the Zumba® Instructors Network, as well as Actors Equity, NYC, she has toured the country dancing in Musicals, including Footloose, Chicago and Cats and now she is bringing the NYC Party to you.

Come join in the Fun and Feel the Music! Promise you'll be sweating but you'll forget it's a workout because it's Zumba Baby!
Class Description
Cindy's Party Zumba®! is a Latin inspired, easy to follow dance fitness party all rolled into one. It's all about Fun and Letting Loose - the More you Shake, the More you Sweat and the More the Merrier! All levels are welcome so come on out for a Blast, it's time to Feel the Music!
Amanda Hugelmeyer
Amanda holds an AFAA Primary Group Exercise certification as well as an ACSM Personal Trainer certification. She is a licensed Zumba® instructor, is a member of the Zumba® Instructor Network and is a certified Schwinn® Cycling Instructor. Amanda's specialties include Zumba®, Boot Camp, Strength Training, and Core Strenghthening. Her classes are structured so they can be attended by beginners to advanced members so don't be afraid to try one. Amanda can help you reach and exceed your fitness goals. Amanda holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science and is pursuing her Masters also in Exercise Science.

Class Description
Zumba® Nation - This high-calorie burning class uses the beat of Latin rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness while toning muscles. Like to Dance? Want to Exercise while you're dancing? Want to exercise and party at the same time? Sing, Yell, Scream - It's all part of the fun! Follow Amanda through a variety of dance styles and steps to get your heart rate up, sweat and move to the groove. No experience need, come Join the Party!  

Total Body Strength – This class focuses on increasing muscle strength and endurance. A variety of resistance tools are used including hand weights, elastic tubing, body bars, or just your own body weight so that every one at every fitness level gets the intense workout that's right for them. This is a moderate intensity level class but hands-on instructor guidance helps to ensure you train properly. Want to get in shape? Need to add something to your cardio routine - this is it!

Vanessa's been involved in the fitness industry for the more than 4 years starting with her Zumba® certification. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer and also a power lifter so be sure to catch her out weight training as well as shaking her boo-tay instructing Zumba®! Everyone can find happiness with fitness, all you need is a little motivation and a good instructor - so get ready for a lot of motivation from a terrific instructor!

Class Description
In addition to teaching Zumba® Vanessa is also available for personal training and would be a terrific choice for women interested in power lifting. A powerlifter herself, Vanessa can not only instruct and guide you through the preparation and training for weight lifting, but also get you in shape for a power lifting competition. 

Vanessa is available on Tuesday from 8-9 PM and Thursday from 7-8 PM. She is available on special request for weekend sessions. 48 hours booking notice is required.

Sloan Stribling
Sloan is a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT certified instructor completing his training at Satsang Yoga Studio. Over the course of his 11 years of experience in yoga, he has had the pleasure of being a student of many fantastic teachers, including Noah Maze, Pattabhi Jois and Ellen Kaplow. His yoga influences include ashtanga and vinyasa with a touch of many other styles thrown in. And while you might not be familiar with any of those types of yoga (or yoga period!), his classes will introduce you to a strong foundation in the basics while maturing your advanced skills.
